What we give our energy to, gets reflected back to us in everything we do. If we are constantly worried, doubtful, whiney and groany – you can just imagine what we could be creating in our life!

It’s not to say we can’t have those moments, it is more a case of being mindful of them, and changing them after we’ve thought them. We may not be able to catch our first icky thoughts, but we can certainly catch it the next time round, or the next.
