It is so important to create open doors for yourself.  Earlier in my career, I was under the impression that you needed to wait for a “door to be opened” for you when thinking about options or advancement.

This is not the case.

There is no reason why you cannot create doors to be opened.  Why Not!!  Create as many doors as possible; when you are ready, open them up!

There are enough people out there that would like to think they can control your advancement in life; not just in your career, but the reality of it is that you have all the control.  See what you are passionate about, where you would like to see yourself in years to come, or simply see what you would like to do today.  Those “things” you are thinking about are “doors!”  Those are your doors and yours only!  When you feel…
